  • Jane Hull

    Executive Director


    Jane joined Presbyterian Manor of Farmington in February 1980, first serving as administrative assistant, then as interim administrator before taking the acting administrator position in 1993. Under her leadership Farmington Presbyterian Manor experienced the expansion of the skilled nursing facility and memory care unit in 1996, adding 90 beds to the existing residential care and assisted living area. In 2009, Jane was recognized by the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators as Administrator of the Year. Farmington Presbyterian Manor recently received a five out of five-star rating on the Medicare.gov/Nursing Home Compare website. Jane is a member of LeadingAge Missouri and Missouri League of Nursing Home Administrators.

  • Anne Allen

    Marketing & Sales Director


    Anne joined the Presbyterian Manor team in August 2017. She is a graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, Mo. She worked as an on-air personality for Believer’s Broadcasting after graduation. She earned her master of arts in strategic communication at the University of Missouri, where she worked for the university’s press relations office and a graduate assistant for the university’s central marketing and communications team. She worked as a marketing specialist for Mizzou Advancement, the university’s fundraising division. When out of the office, Anne enjoys snuggling with her dog Finnegan, taking long walks, quilting, and watching Parks and Rec.

  • Peggy Bland

    Director of Nursing


    Peggy joined Presbyterian Manor in March 2011. She began her nursing career as a certified nursing assistant, then went on to earn a licensed practical nurse degree from Mineral Area College in 1997 and an associate’s degree as a registered nurse in 2002. Before joining Farmington Presbyterian Manor, Peggy spent six years in nursing management positions, serving as director of medical surgical services at Jefferson Regional Medical Center and most recently at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.

  • Loren Rickmar

    Health Services Assistant Director


    Loren has called Farmington home her whole life. She began her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse before going on to earn her associate’s degree in nursing. Loren had home health and psychiatric nursing experience prior to joining Presbyterian Manor’s nursing staff in 2012. Since joining the nursing team, Loren has worked her way up from nursing shift supervisor to MDS coordinator to case manager, while simultaneously earning her RAC-CT certification. In her spare time, Loren loves crafting, crocheting, tending her chickens, and spending time with her husband and two children.

  • Kaye Keith

    Assisted Living Director


    Kaye joined Farmington Presbyterian Manor as assisted living director in February 2014. Most recently, she worked at Serenity HospiceCare for more than 15 years. She worked for Presbyterian Manor for nine years from 1989 to 1998, where she started was a certified nurse aid and certified medication tech and later was a licensed practical nurse. Keith has also completed a bachelor of science in nursing.

  • Shane Bone

    Environmental Services Director


    Shane came to Presbyterian Manor in May 2011 as a maintenance service technician and was promoted to environmental services director in June 2016. Prior to joining Presbyterian Manor, he worked for Maverick Transportation and Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems. He is active with Boy Scouts of America Troop #549 and is a 1994 graduate of Farmington High School.

  • Carol Winch

    Activity Director


    Carol joined Presbyterian Manor in January 2006. Previously, she was the housekeeping supervisor at Southbrook Nursing Center. Carol has more than 24 years of experience in senior living and health care services.

  • Dana Nicholson

    Administrative Services Director


    Dana joined Presbyterian Manor in December 1989 in medical records. She subsequently chose to pursue her education but continued working part time, helping in the front office. In March 1994, she was promoted to human resources assistant, and in 1995 Dana became the administrative services director. She has an associate’s degree in general studies from Mineral Area College.

  • Rachel Campbell

    Social Service Director


    Rachel joined Presbyterian Manor in February 2016 as social services director. She has a bachelor of social work from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and has earned her master of social work from UMSL. She previously worked as a teller at Belgrade State Bank.

  • Vernon Wayne Leftridge



    Vernon re-joined Presbyterian Manor as chaplain in January 2016. He previously served as the campus chaplain from November 2008 through December of 2013. Before entering the ministry, he was a bricklayer and a maintenance officer for the US Army Reserve. He is an ordained minister and served as pastor of the Free Will Baptist Church. He’s been a volunteer at Farmington Presbyterian Manor for many years.

  • Moriah Garst

    Dining Services Director


    DMoriah joined Presbyterian Manor in August 2019. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Moriah moved to the Farmington area when she was 13. She attended the Culinary Institute of St. Louis at Hickey, where she earned her Associate of Culinary Arts. After graduation, Moriah interned at University of Notre Dame before moving back to the Farmington area. She was a direct support staff at the St. Francois County Board for Developmentally Disabled and a behavioral technician at the New Hope Residential Care. In addition, she has held a variety of professional cooking positions and volunteered her expertise at Busch Stadium for the 2013 World Series.
