Jane Hull, Executive Director
Jane joined Presbyterian Manor of Farmington in February 1980, first serving as administrative assistant, then as interim administrator before taking the acting administrator position in 1993. Under her leadership Farmington Presbyterian Manor experienced the expansion of the skilled nursing facility and memory care unit in 1996, adding 90 beds to the existing residential care and assisted living area. In 2009, Jane was recognized by the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators as Administrator of the Year. Farmington Presbyterian Manor recently received a five out of five star rating on the Medicare.gov/Nursing Home Compare website. Jane is a member of LeadingAge Missouri and Missouri League of Nursing Home Administrators.
Peggy Bland, Health Services Director
Peggy joined Presbyterian Manor in March 2011. She began her nursing career as a certified nursing assistant, then went on to earn a licensed practical nurse degree from Mineral Area College in 1997 and an associate’s degree as a registered nurse in 2002. Before joining Farmington Presbyterian Manor, Peggy spent six years in nursing management positions, serving as director of medical surgical services at Jefferson Regional Medical Center and most recently at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.
Talisha Brooks, Health Services Assistant Director
Talisha re-joined Presbyterian Manor in June as the health services assistant director. She started working for Presbyterian Manor in August 2010 as a certified nurse assistant and certified medication aide in assisted living. She transferred to health care in 2011, where she worked as an RN. She was quality assurance and infection control coordinator and lead wound care nurse. She left Presbyterian Manor for 11 months before returning in her new role. She has two associate’s degrees from Mineral Area College. In her spare time, she enjoys working with Shared Blessings Transitional Housing/Shelter and working in children’s ministry at Abundant Life Family Church.
Shane Bone, Environmental Services Director
Shane came to Presbyterian Manor in May 2011 as a maintenance service technician and was promoted to environmental services director in June 2016. Prior to joining Presbyterian Manor, he worked for Maverick Transportation and Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems. He is active with Boy Scouts of America Troop #549 and is a 1994 graduate of Farmington High School.
Carol Winch, Activity Director
Carol joined Presbyterian Manor in January 2006. Previously, she was the housekeeping supervisor at Southbrook Nursing Center. Carol has more than 24 years’ experience in senior living and health care services.
Dana Nicholson, Administrative Services Director
Dana joined Presbyterian Manor in December 1989 in medical records. She subsequently chose to pursue her education but continued working part time, helping in the front office. In March 1994, she was promoted to human resources assistant, and in 1995 Dana became the administrative services director. She has an associates degree in general studies from Mineral Area College.
Kaye Wallen, Assisted Living Director
Kaye Wallen joined Farmington Presbyterian Manor as assisted living director in February 2014. Most recently, she worked at Serenity HospiceCare for more than 15 years. She worked for Presbyterian Manor for nine years from 1989 to 1998, where she started was a certified nurse aid and certified medication tech and later was a licensed practical nurse. Wallen recently completed a bachelor of science in nursing.
Rachel Campbell, Social Service Director
Rachel joined Presbyterian Manor in February 2016 as social services director. She has a bachelor of social work from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and is currently in the master of social work program at UMSL. She previously worked as a teller at Belgrade State Bank.
Vernon Wayne Leftridge, Chaplain
Vernon re-joined Presbyterian Manor as chaplain in January 2016. He previously served as the campus chaplain from November 2008 through December of 2013. Before entering the ministry, he was a bricklayer and a maintenance officer for the US Army Reserve. He is an ordained minister and served as pastor of the Free Will Baptist Church. He’s been a volunteer at Farmington Presbyterian Manor for five years.
